Arabica beans are rough ground to create a lightly course texture and a hint of coffee flavor up front. Real Ceylon cinnamon comes through alongside the coffee, bringing out the sweetness of the 64% dark chocolate. The experience finishes with a mild tingling at the back of the tongue as the cayenne spice settles in.
