One of our specialties is creating chocolates using the rich flavors of wine. Delysia Chocolatier is the first in Texas, and one of only a few in the country, to handcraft such unique and flavorful chocolates. Our partnership with Becker Vineyards launched Delysia onto the craft chocolate scene and created perfectly paired chocolate truffles infused with their vintages which became our Wine collection chocolate truffles.
Cabernet Sauvignon is infused into pure dark chocolate to create a velvety smooth filling for our Cabernet Sauvignon truffles. Our Merlot truffles are enveloped in a rich 64% bittersweet chocolate that beautifully balances the fruit forward nature of the wine. The bold Port calls for an even deeper 71% bittersweet chocolate for a not too sweet, not too bitter flavor in our Port truffles. Pair our Wine collection chocolate truffles with a glass of red for the ultimate indulgence.
