Our Honey chipotle truffle is smoky and sweet. Local honey and smoky chipotle peppers are enveloped in creamy milk chocolate. Our Mexican mole truffle takes our Chocolatier over a week to handcraft, and features a blend of 8 types of peppers, 6 spices, and 4 different nut pastes. The flavors are traditional interior Mexican mole, all encased in bittersweet chocolate.
