After visiting the famous teahouses of London, our Chocolatier was inspired to create chocolate truffles inspired by her favorite fresh tea blends. Our Tea collection chocolate truffles feature three of the most well-known and popular tea flavors enjoyed by millions around the world.
The award-winning Chai truffle has a unique blend of tea-infused, white chocolate ganache, balanced by a touch of chai masala spices all within a dark chocolate shell. It’s like sipping a sweeter version of our Chocolatier’s homemade chai. The Earl Grey truffle has the same distinct Bergamot orange notes that the tea is famous for. The flavors are captured by first steeping earl grey tea in dark chocolate cream, giving the truffles an intense aroma reminiscent of a freshly steeped cup. Our Green Tea truffle is made with a proprietary, dairy-free ganache and matcha powder blend that gives the chocolates a hint of green color.
