The nuts are coarsely chopped so that bits of pistachios, almonds, or pecans are in every bite. The Pecan truffle is handcrafted using locally grown pecans and our signature, creamy milk chocolate. For the Almond truffle, we use our deep, dark chocolate to bring out the delicate sweetness of the almonds. The most unique of the trio is the milk chocolate Pistachio truffle. The saltiness of the premium California pistachios is counterbalanced with an ultra sweet white chocolate ganache.
