Delysia Chocolatier’s owner & Chocolatier, Nicole Patel, was inspired by her Italian heritage when creating this authentic collection of chocolates. Perfectly representing the true meaning of “La Dolce Vita”, each bite is reminiscent of the Italian bistros and cafes that serve the freshest espresso, sweetest biscotti cookies, and finest liqueurs in the motherland.
The three truffles in our Italian collection chocolate truffles represent our Chocolatier’s favorite flavors from Italy. The creamy caramel-like ganache center in the Amaretto truffle contains the sweet Italian liqueur of the same name. Bits of crisp, almond biscotti are blended with milk chocolate to give the Biscotti truffle a pleasant crunchiness. The beloved flavor of this collection is the Tiramisu truffle. Within the dark chocolate shell is a sweet, velvety ganache of creamy white chocolate blended with mascarpone cheese, a shot of espresso, Marsala wine, and Ceylon cinnamon that will make you want to eat piece after piece until they’re gone.

Our products are created and packaged individually for each order. With this in mind, please allow 4 to 5 business days to fulfill your order. Orders placed before 1 pm CST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 5 pm CST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. Please note that during peak holiday seasons, order processing may be longer. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or changed. After processing, your order will then be shipped through our carrier at standard or expedited speeds, depending upon your selection at checkout.
