Our Chocolatier took inspiration from her husband’s Indian heritage to create the Indian collection chocolate truffles. She has hand-selected her favorite flavors from authentic home cooked Indian dishes and paired them with the finest chocolate. From the sari-inspired designs to the rich coconut milk ganache, these truffles offer a new taste of India.

The ever-popular Ginger truffle is flavorful without overpowering the palate. Fresh ginger root is steeped in coconut milk and folded into dark chocolate for a strong, spicy finish. Ten spices are blended together to create the traditional taste of the Curry truffle. The sweetness from the coconut milk and chocolate come through before giving way to the flavorful spices. A blend of 9 traditional spices lends a touch of heat to the sweetness of the dark chocolate in the Garam masala truffle.

This is a truly unique chocolate collection that awakens the senses with the spices of India.
