Delysia Chocolatier’s Guitar molded chocolates are handcrafted at our Culinary Center in Austin, Texas – the Live Music Capital of the World. The guitar has quickly become a symbolic shape for the vibrancy and longevity of the city’s influential music scene. Our founder Chef Nicole wanted to capture that piece of Austin’s character in her own creative way.

Fine details like frets and string posts are added to give the molded chocolate a distinctive, authentic look that any music lover will appreciate. Delysia Chocolatier’s Guitar molded chocolates make deliciously sweet music in your choice of milk, white, or dark chocolate.
Each expertly Guitar molded chocolate is crafted using three ounces of the finest solid chocolate that is free of preservatives and additives for a taste that’s as perfectly tuned as a Martin D-28.
