The award-winning Orange truffle is notably the sweetest chocolate in the collection. Refreshing orange juice and pulp fill each square with the taste of freshly squeezed OJ that has been perfectly blended with bittersweet chocolate. The bitter, tangy taste and unique texture of the Lime truffle comes from the finely grated zest and juice of ripe limes. Sweet and sour flavors are balanced amazingly well in the zesty ganache of the Lemon truffle. The distinct flavors of each citrus fruit come through alongside the sweet dark chocolate in a way you never imagined possible.
