In celebration of our hometown’s claim to fame as the Live Musical Capital of the World, Delysia Chocolatier and the landmark Austin City Limits music venue have created a delicious duet with the launch of our Austin City Limits collection chocolate truffles.
Created live in our Culinary Center kitchen, our ACL Truffles draws inspiration from traditional Texan ingredients, flavors and dishes. Our Brisket caramel chocolate truffle riffs on the salty, piquant flavors of Texan barbecue, which play deliciously off the sweetness of buttery caramel and rich dark chocolate. Our internationally renown Jalapeno tequila chocolate truffle also contain peppery notes that pack some heat, with premium tequila harmonizing beautifully with dark chocolate. A little sweeter, but no less seductive, our Peach cobbler chocolate truffle offers a melodious mixture of dark chocolate with the lush fruitiness of locally, sourced peaches. Whether you enjoy them solo or as an ensemble, these unique truffles will produce a symphony of memorable taste sensations in your mouth.
