Mothers play a special role in our world, shaping us into the people we become. Those precious times of childhood, the awkward teen years, and then adulthood … throughout it all, our moms are there: supporting us, loving us, and laughing with us. Every Mother’s Day, we get the chance to show our appreciation for everything they do. It wasn’t until I had my own children that I truly realized the dedication and unconditional love of a mom. And, motherhood, in turn, has truly shaped me as a chocolatier. My sons, Sébastien and Colin, are my inspiration and more importantly especially for them, my taste-testers.
