Wendi & Denise are some of the sweetest women you will ever meet. I believe it was pure fate that made our paths cross.

Wendi is the photographer genius behind Thompson Poole Photography and Denise ‘holds down the fort’, allowing Wendi to focus on the creative angle of the craft. Thompson Poole Photography is a wedding photographer business based in Austin, San Antonio, and Houston – but, if you follow their blog you’ll discover that they travel all over the state for their clients. We met in the summer of 2009 at a NEAWP meeting in Austin, Texas. Denise introduced herself and immediately asked if Wendi could photograph my chocolates, stating ‘she loves chocolate and was thrilled when she learned of Delysia Chocolatier.”

Since that fateful encounter in 2009, Wendi’s wish has been granted several times. She has photographed all of our chocolate products, my two boys, and even took my professional portraits. Thompson Poole Photography focuses primarily on weddings, but Wendi loves food and has an incredible eye for food photography. I have never seen a photo from her that I haven’t just loved.
