I am beyond humbled for the incredible support I have received in helping the Delysia Chocolate Culinary Center come to life. After two years of sometimes challenging moments, it was an astounding feeling to finally open the doors and allow media and industry professionals into my latest (and personal) endeavor. Although I only had a few moments with each guest, it was a gift to watch them share in the delight of chocolate alongside me. It was also a gift to highlight some of the incredible partnerships I have developed over the past six years by featuring chocolate pairings with Tito’s Vodka, Becker Vineyards, Lange Twins Family Winery, William Chris Vineyards, Salt Lick Cellars, and W. & J. Graham’s Vintage Port.

I’m looking forward to what the future holds and more importantly, what memories will be created inside the Culinary Center. I have always wanted Delysia Chocolatier to create extraordinary experiences through chocolate, and now I have the opportunity to do that in new ways: through events, classes, and much more.
I’m very excited to open the doors of the Culinary Center again – this time to the general public. Details on the December event will be featured on our blog next month. Again, thank you to my family, friends, fellow chocolate lovers, media, and industry professionals that have supported me in this very exciting journey.
