Delysia Chocolatier Truffles Now Available in Aspen!


One of the things I love about Colorado is all of the great mountain towns you can explore anytime of the year. Top on my list of favorite places is Aspen. It’s absolutely gorgeous when covered with white snow and just as stunning in shades of green in the summer.

We at Delysia Chocolatier are thrilled to announce a new retail relationship with the Ritz Carlton Club in Aspen! After the incredible experience participating at this year’s Aspen Food and Wine Classic (read our blog post about it here), owner and creator of Delysia, Nicole Patel, impressed not only national food experts, but the locals as well. This relationship marks a major milestone for us – our first retail location outside of Central Texas!

This beautiful hotel, situated at 12,500 feet in the picturesque mountains, will be carrying Delysia’s delectable truffle collections year-round, featuring rotating flavors for the seasons. Guests and world travelers will have the opportunity to purchase the following handcrafted nine-piece collections:

Coffee Collection (coffee, mocha, and cappuccino)

Nut Collection (almond, pistachio, and pecan)

Salted Collection (salted caramel, sea salt, and smoked salted caramel)

Italian Collection (tiramisu, amaretto, and biscotti)

Along with these featured delicious collections, individual Delysia truffle flavors of mocha, salted caramel, sea salt, and almond will be available for purchase. We cannot wait for all of these flavors to dazzle the taste buds of the Aspen dwellers and travelers!

Their Aspen location is one that creates unique memories as guests ski many of the best mountains in the world and enjoy over 125 hiking trails in the summer. At Delysia, we also pride ourselves on creating incredible experiences that make every and any day extraordinary. Nicole Patel

Nicole Patel is the proprietor of and chocolatier for Delysia Chocolatier. In 2006 while pregnant with her first son, Nicole made a batch of chocolate truffles as holiday gifts. To the delight of friends and family, she continued to create chocolates as a way to relieve stress from her corporate engineering job. In 2008, a chance trip to Becker Vineyards led to Nicole being the first in Texas to make truffles using local wines. Within five years, what started as a hobby turned Delysia into one of the Top Ten Chocolatiers in the Americas, as selected by the International Chocolate Salon.
