Choctoberfest Event Details

Choctoberfest Event

Come join us on October 30th from 6:30pm to 8:30pm at the Delysia Culinary Center for our inaugural Choctoberfest celebration! Attendance is free of charge. We only ask that guests bring a non-perishable food item. We will be donating these goods to the Capital Area Food Bank of Texas for the upcoming holiday season. We will have refreshments for your enjoyment as well as products available for purchase. Our Halloween Truffle Collection and fun seasonal molds make the perfect Halloween party dessert! Our chocolate molds include pumpkins, skulls, bats, and spooky lollipops. Be sure to visit our online shop and take a look at some of the products we will have available!

Bring the kids, dressed in their best Halloween costumes, and allow them to explore their inner chocolatier with a fun chocolate skull-decorating contest! Photos of each skull lollipop will be posted on our blog for voting, so make sure to share our blog link with friends and family. The little chocolatier with the most popular design will win a private awards celebration with our owner and chocolatier, Nicole Patel.

Please RSVP no later than Sunday, October 25th with your name and the number of children you will have attending. RSVPs can be sent to nicole@delysia.com or posted in the comments selection of the Choctoberfest event on our Facebook page.

We look forward to seeing you soon!

Nicole Patel

Nicole Patel is the proprietor of and chocolatier for Delysia Chocolatier. In 2006 while pregnant with her first son, Nicole made a batch of chocolate truffles as holiday gifts. To the delight of friends and family, she continued to create chocolates as a way to relieve stress from her corporate engineering job. In 2008, a chance trip to Becker Vineyards led to Nicole being the first in Texas to make truffles using local wines. Within five years, what started as a hobby turned Delysia into one of the Top Ten Chocolatiers in the Americas, as selected by the International Chocolate Salon.
