‘Twas the Chocolate Event for Christmas

Delysia Chocolate Culinary Center Holiday Event

‘Twas the month of December, and all through the town, the chocolate was stirring, and children heard holiday sounds. The Chocolate Center is decorated with holiday flair, in anticipation that St. Nicholas soon will be there.

The children will arrive December 7th in their favorite sleepy knits, ready to decorate chocolate bars from with flavorful bits. With Mom and Dad along too, they can see the beautiful Delysia Center, all brand new.

Soon after guests arrive, there will arise such a clatter; the children will rush to see what’s the matter. Away to the windows they will fly like a flash, to see who’s arriving to join the three hour big bash.

The sun will be shining on the new center walls, giving lustre of chocolate decorating the halls. As the children wait for their chocolate creation and special guest to appear, they will be dazzled watching a film of holiday cheer.

With a little white beard and laughter so quick, the children will have the chance to meet St. Nick. He’ll be greeting children by name and delivering their chocolate bars as a fun little game.

As it’s the giving season, we’d like to give something a try – we ask that all families bring an unwrapped toy by.

We can’t wait for you to join us, but be sure to reserve your spot. We need to make sure we have enough supplies for every little tot. We just know that we’ll hear the children exclaim, as they drive out of sight, ‘Happy Holidays to all, and to all a good night!’

To the delight of friends and family, she continued to create chocolates as a way to relieve stress from her corporate engineering job. In 2008, a chance trip to Becker Vineyards led to Nicole being the first in Texas to make truffles using local wines. Within five years, what started as a hobby turned Delysia into one of the Top Ten Chocolatiers in the Americas, as selected by the International Chocolate Salon.
