As the end of May approaches, we enter prime BBQing season, with Memorial Day officially kicking things off. There’s nothing better than firing up the grill and sharing an incredible start-of-summer feast with all of your friends in the great outdoors. But how do you end the perfect backyard bar-be-que? How about with a sweet treat from Delysia! Here are our top picks for Delysia chocolate that pairs well with an early summer BBQ. Try adding a touch of chocolate to your Memorial Day BBQ celebration!

Berry Truffle Collection: Nothing says summer like a backyard BBQ … except juicy summer-ripe berries! Combine the two by breaking out Delysia’s Berry Truffle Collection for a post-BBQ dessert. The collection, which features strawberry, raspberry, and blueberry flavors, will certainly sweeten up your summertime bash.

S’Mores Bark: Another summertime staple? Gooey, chocolate-y s’mores! Change things up with Delysia’s take on this fire-roasted favorite. Our s’mores bark contains smooth milk chocolate studded with crunchy graham cracker bits and fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth marshmallow. It’s the perfect follow-up to lick-your-fingers good BBQ.

Texas Hill Country Truffle Collection: For Delysia’s newest truffle collection, we took inspiration from Delysia’s home state and infused these truffles with the flavors of Texas’s beautiful hill country. This truffle collection features mole, smoked salted bourbon pecan, and honey chipotle truffles—all three flavors would pair well with BBQ. The honey chipotle truffle would pair particularly well with a sweet, honey-based BBQ sauce, and the smoked salted bourbon pecan truffle has a special BBQ twist. The truffles are made with local pecans, salt smoked by Austin-based Franklin’s BBQ, and delicious bourbon from Garrison Brothers, the first and oldest legal whiskey distillery in Texas. Not only would these truffles make a sweet and striking addition to your backyard BBQ spread, but they also exemplify the best artisan products that Texas has to offer.

Pecan Cayenne Bark: Are you basting your meats in a sweet-and-spicy BBQ sauce? Then keep the sweet/spicy combo going with Delysia’s Pecan Cayenne Bark. Our rich dark chocolate is blended with crunchy local pecans and cayenne pepper that adds an extra kick. And if your BBQ bash guests really want to feel the burn, they can try our Ghost Pepper Bark. But warn them ahead of time—it’s made with the hottest pepper in the world!
