Beat the Flu with Healthy Chocolate

No matter how much you love skiing, hot chocolate, or any other winter staples that make this season the magical wonderland that it is, there is one thing no one likes — catching a cold. The good news is that there are tons of ways to stack the odds in your favor to stay healthy, and one of them includes chocolate! Here at Delysia, we’ve got all kinds of delicious and wonderful healthy chocolate confections to keep you sneeze — and snuffle — free all season long.

Cricket Chocolate Bark

Surprisingly nutritious and not-so-surprisingly delicious, our cricket-filled chocolate bark (literally!) is where it’s at. Packed with protein, iron, calcium, and iron, and sporting a flavor reminiscent of peanuts, this yummy snack will carry you right through cold and flu season.

Tea Truffle Collection

One thing everyone knows is that tea and winter go hand in hand, especially if you’re feeling under the weather. If you have suspicions that a cold is creeping up on you, our tea-infused truffles are just what you need. They’re a tasty treat that still sport all the antioxidants that tea drinkers chase.

Wellness Truffle Collection

The name gives it all away — this collection was crafted with your body’s happiness in mind. Packed to the brim with antioxidants and amino acids, and blended with minimally-process and vegan ingredients, our Wellness Collection features three green tea truffles, three bittersweet truffles, and three blueberry truffles to keep you healthy all winter long.

Let us help you stay cold-free the best way that we can — with healthy chocolate! Drop a line today and we’ll stock you up with enough chocolate to get you through winter sans flu blues.

Nicole Patel

Nicole Patel is the proprietor of and chocolatier for Delysia Chocolatier. In 2006 while pregnant with her first son, Nicole made a batch of chocolate truffles as holiday gifts. To the delight of friends and family, she continued to create chocolates as a way to relieve stress from her corporate engineering job. In 2008, a chance trip to Becker Vineyards led to Nicole being the first in Texas to make truffles using local wines. Within five years, what started as a hobby turned Delysia into one of the Top Ten Chocolatiers in the Americas, as selected by the International Chocolate Salon.
