Secure shopping

We make our best effort every day to ensure that our customers feel confident that their purchase transactions are secure. While your credit card information is collected at the time of purchase, only the last four digits are stored on the Delysia LLC server. Credit card information is sent directly to a Stripe.com secure server and that is where it is safely held. Because Delysia LLC collects personal information through a secure server, you can be assured that none of your information will be viewed by anyone outside of Delysia LLC and Stripe.com.

Return policy

Returns will only be accepted in the event of damage upon delivery. This does not include damage from packages being left unattended in warm weather. If your package arrives damaged from shipping, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt so that we may process and ship a replacement. We cannot offer returns for errors in order placement or product dislike. If you are dissatisfied with your selected flavors, we encourage you to contact us to help you select the best flavors for your taste.

Order processing

Our products are created and packaged individually for each order. With this in mind, please allow 2 to 3 business days to fulfill your order, unless otherwise notated. Orders placed before 1 pm CST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm CST, on Fridays & weekends, and holidays will be processed the following business day. Please note that during peak holiday seasons, order processing may be longer. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or changed. After processing, your order will then be shipped through our carrier at standard or expedited speeds, depending upon your selection at checkout. We reserve the right to delay shipment of an order due to warmer weather.

Payment types

For your ease and convenience in shopping with Delysia, we use Stripe.com to process your payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.

Shipping information

Due to COVID-19, all carriers are experiencing longer delivery times regardless of the shipping method selected. We appreciate your patience during this time.

We take as much care in shipping your order as we do in making our delicious chocolates. For your convenience and selection, we offer both standard 2 to 5 day shipping and expedited 1 to 2 day shipping. We use FedEx as our shipping carrier to deliver our truffles within the 48 continental states. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, and international destinations. Please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes.

Weekend and Monday delivery is not available to ensure the perfect arrival of your purchase. When placing an order, be sure to verify the address and include the appropriate suite or apartment number to ensure proper delivery. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will provide you with tracking information for your shipment. To ensure premium quality upon arrival in warm weather months, expedited shipping may be required at certain times throughout the year. You will be notified of this in the checkout process. Please make every effort to notify the recipient of delivery. We are not responsible for packages left unattended in warm months.
